 Cracked Exterior Render

This had been letting in damp over the past 18months, the client had resorted to having the roof replaced assuming this would be the main cause ... yet the problems continued to get worse! 

What We Discovered 

Lightweight blocks cracked right through , the thermlight blocks are the main reason the render failed. The old style sand and cement render was no match for the high suction blocks.

Crack Stitching 

We understood exactly what was required to prevent further movement and installed multiple crack sticking kits over the property. 

Adhesive Render

We went on to machine apply a 'High Polymer Adhesive Render.' This is used on EPS insulation panels , woodfiber boards, cement render boards and clockwork. Its super strong while also being flexible 

Mesh

We embedded reinforcing mesh in-between layers of the adhesive render to add even more strength
